Neos

Neos is a Zagreb-founded IT consultancy delivering data and analytics, software engineering, and cloud and infrastructure services to telecom, financial, energy and public-sector clients across the EMEA region. Founded in 2002, the company has completed more than 400 projects, including a cloud-first core banking platform for Croatian bank HPB, and holds Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider expertise. Croatian industrial group Koncar Digital has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Neos.
