It originated from the founders' educational video projects on YouTube and was incorporated as a company in 2015. The platform provides curriculum-aligned learning content, including content aligned to IHK standards, video lessons, exam-preparation tools, and an AI-powered learning assistant. It operates several lines: a consumer offering for school students, a B2B offering for companies training apprentices and skilled workers, and an offering for education and retraining providers.
