Red Española de Ciudades Inteligentes (RECI) is Spain's national network of smart cities, uniting municipalities committed to improving public services and urban quality of life through digital transformation and innovation. The network facilitates knowledge sharing, joint projects, and strategic collaboration among member cities across Spain. RECI is co-organizing the VI Congress on Smart Cities, which is jointly held with Greencities 2026 in Málaga on 15–16 September.
