ScanBalt (ScanBalt MTÜ) is a network organization founded around 2001 and headquartered in Tartu, Estonia, whose mission is to develop the Baltic Sea Region as a single test site for healthcare products and services across life sciences, health data, and precision medicine. Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026, ScanBalt serves as co-organizer of the Estonian HealthTech Week and connects innovators, researchers, and policymakers across the Nordic and Baltic countries.
