Risto Siilasmaa is a Finnish serial entrepreneur and corporate board leader, best known as the founder of WithSecure (formerly F-Secure), one of the most recognized cybersecurity companies to emerge from the Nordic region. He served as Chairman of Nokia from 2012 to 2020, steering the company through its acquisition of Alcatel-Lucent and its transformation into a major 5G infrastructure provider. Siilasmaa is a frequent keynote speaker on technology leadership and board governance and is a confirmed speaker at NORDEEP 2026.
