The company was founded by Uldis Karlovs-Karlovskis, who also leads the DevOps & AI Latvia community and is a prominent organiser in Latvia's technology ecosystem. MoonMoon serves as an organising partner of the AI Connect 2026 conference at the RTU Science and Innovation Centre in Riga.
