He later co-founded Startup Delta (now Techleap.nl), the national platform connecting Dutch startups with government, corporates, and investors. As an angel, Nieuwenhuis invests in early-stage tech companies across the Netherlands, with a focus on marketplace models, SaaS, and civic tech.
