One of Armenia's largest open-format business forums, billed as a business ecosystem in one day with 40+ speakers across 10 parallel sectoral halls covering IT, marketing, management, business development, finance and investments, HR and export and logistics. It opens with a panel on the state, business, capital and the digital future at the Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan.

Armenia - Engineering Week 2026
Armenia's flagship engineering, science and art forum, organized annually since 2017 by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation and the Engineering Association at Engineering City in Yerevan. The 2026 edition runs under the theme "Physical AI: Engineering Intelligence for the Real World", with talks and discussions spanning robotics, embedded systems, sensors, electronics, semiconductors and manufacturing. It gathers 1,000+ engineers, researchers, students, tech companies and industry leaders.

Async (formerly Podcastle)
Async is an AI-powered content creation platform for audio and video, rebranded from Podcastle in January 2026. Founded in Yerevan in 2020 by Artavazd Yeritsyan, the platform grew from a podcast recording tool to a unified suite covering studio editing, enterprise content workflows, and a voice API for developers. The company has raised $23.5 million in total, including a $13.5 million Series A in 2024, and counts over one million creators on the platform.

Comp EXPO 2026
The 24th edition of Armenia's specialized international exhibition for IT, security and communications, organized by LOGOS EXPO Center at the Karen Demirchyan Complex in Yerevan. Thematic sections cover IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud computing, innovative technologies, medical electronics and mobile applications, with a B2B trade floor connecting vendors, integrators and corporate buyers.

Digitec Expo 2026
Armenia's largest technology exhibition and conference, organized since 2005 by the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE) with support from the Government of Armenia and the Yerevan Municipality. Held annually in Yerevan, recent editions have drawn 40,000+ visitors, 250+ exhibiting companies and 100+ global tech leaders from across the region. Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF)
The Enterprise Incubator Foundation is one of the largest technology incubators and consulting bodies in the South Caucasus, established in 2002 with support from the World Bank and the Armenian government. It operates technology centers across Armenian regions, runs matching-grant programs for early-stage companies, and maintains the Armenian-Indian Center for Excellence in ICT. EIF has incubated and accelerated hundreds of startups and publishes the authoritative EIF Guide to Armenian IT Companies.

EPIC — Entrepreneurship and Product Innovation Center
EPIC is the startup incubation and entrepreneurship center of the American University of Armenia (AUA), providing workspace, mentorship, prototyping facilities, and investor access to early-stage ventures. Since its founding, the center has engaged over 400 entrepreneurs and supported more than 120 startup launches across technology and health-science disciplines. Programs include a 10-week pre-incubation track (STRIVE), a structured incubation cohort, and the EPIC Jam ideathon.

EU4Innovation East
A regional initiative funded by the European Union with co-funding from the French Government, working to strengthen the competitiveness of startup ecosystems across the five Eastern Partnership countries — Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. Formula VC
Founded in 2021 by Grigor Hovhannisyan and Karen Vardanyan, Formula VC is a Yerevan-based early-stage fund focused on SaaS, IoT, and AI startups with Armenian roots. Fund I ($7M) was fully deployed into 22 companies including CoinStats, EasyDMARC, BlueQubit, Expper Technologies, and Zoomerang. In February 2025 Formula VC launched Fund II with a $30M target, aiming to back 40 Armenian-founded startups globally at pre-seed and seed. The fund invests $500K–$1M per company and is backed by C-QUADRAT AAM Armenia among other LPs.

Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST)
FAST is a non-profit organization founded in 2017 by Ruben Vardanyan, Noubar Afeyan, and partners, with the mission to build a research and innovation ecosystem in Armenia across AI and data science, advanced materials, biotechnology, and robotics. It has funded over 260 researchers, supported more than 800 entrepreneurs, and backed 35+ startups through grants, acceleration, and a university-linked education-research-commercialisation model.

Founded in 2013 by Manuk Hergnyan, Pierre Hennes, and Yervand Sarkisyan, Granatus Ventures is a Yerevan-headquartered deep-tech VC with ~$40M AUM and offices also in London and Singapore. The firm focuses on university spinouts across AI, biotech, advanced computing, robotics, industrial automation, and climate tech, sourcing deals from Oxford, Cambridge, and Berkeley. Impact Hub Yerevan

ISTC — Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center
ISTC is a joint innovation center established in 2015 by IBM, USAID, the Government of Armenia, and the Enterprise Incubator Foundation, located on the Yerevan State University campus. It provides startup incubation, machine-learning and cybersecurity training, a coworking space, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions for SMEs, all hosted in a 1,000-square-metre facility powered by IBM and HP infrastructure.

Krisp is an AI-powered noise cancellation and voice productivity platform founded in Yerevan that removes background noise, echo, and other audio distractions from calls and recordings in real time. The technology works as a software layer between any microphone and communication application, making it universally compatible with Zoom, Teams, and other conferencing tools. Krisp has been adopted by major enterprises and contact centers worldwide, and has expanded into meeting transcription and summarization. The company raised over $17 million and is a standout example of deep-tech AI innovation emerging from Armenia's growing engineering talent pool.

LiveBoard
LiveBoard is an interactive digital whiteboard platform from Yerevan used by tutors, online schools, and distributed teams for real-time collaborative lessons. The product combines a pressure-sensitive drawing canvas with PDF annotation, live video, shared documents, and full session recording, and is optimized for both tablets (Apple Pencil, S-Pen) and desktop browsers. LiveBoard has been adopted by thousands of one-to-one tutors and boutique e-learning businesses as a lighter alternative to building custom classroom tooling on top of Zoom or Google Meet. It is a representative example of Armenia's consumer-SaaS bench: small, internationally distributed teams shipping polished, mobile-first collaboration tools into the global EdTech market.

LOGOS EXPO Center
LOGOS EXPO Center is the oldest and largest exhibition organizer in Armenia, founded in 1999 and headquartered in Yerevan. The company organizes 10–12 international trade fairs, congresses, and forums annually, including the Comp EXPO IT and security trade fair and the flagship Armenia EXPO. Over its history the center has produced more than 250 events attracting around 1,000 local and international exhibiting companies, and it operates the multilingual expo.am platform covering dozens of specialized industry verticals.
