About
A regional initiative funded by the European Union with co-funding from the French Government, working to strengthen the competitiveness of startup ecosystems across the five Eastern Partnership countries — Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. It supports founders through acceleration, access to grants and tenders, STEM education, and cross-border networking, and partners with regional flagship events including DigiTec in Yerevan.
