The company entered the US market in July 2025 and is preparing a door-integrated Smart Module for late 2026. Nuki has raised roughly €22M, led by German growth investor Cipio Partners in a €20M+ 2021 round with Austrian backers Up to Eleven, Fortuna and Venta, and was an earlier strategic partner of Allegion.
