Mobilly is a Latvian mobile-payments platform that lets people pay for everyday services by phone, including public transport, parking, the Jurmala beach pass, bus and train tickets, Riga public-transport ticket codes, car washes, EV charging and museum tickets. The service also supports subscriptions, lunch payments and donations through its app.
