The central government body responsible for Armenia's high-tech policy, covering information technology, telecommunications, information security, and the military-industrial sector. Established in its current form in 2019, it shapes the national tech agenda through startup and R&D support programmes, tax incentives for IT companies, STEM-education initiatives, and the promotion of Armenia's tech sector abroad, and is a standing institutional supporter of DigiTec.
