Rostyslav Chayka is the Founder and CEO of Lemberg Tech Business School (LemBS), which he has led since its founding in Lviv in 2009. He is also the founder of Lviv Startup Club, a community supporting startups and entrepreneurs in western Ukraine. Chayka serves as Chairman of the organizational committee for the Kyiv Miltech Conference 2026 and has over 17 years of experience organizing technology conferences in Ukraine.
