Plug and Play Cyprus

Supercell
Supercell is a Helsinki-based mobile games studio founded in 2010 by Ilkka Paananen (CEO), Mikko Kodisoja, Petri Styrman, Lassi Leppinen, Visa Forstén and Niko Derome. SoftBank and GungHo acquired 51% that year; in 2016 a Tencent-led consortium paid $8.6bn for ~84% at a ~$10.2bn valuation, with Tencent consolidating majority control by 2019. Tencent has kept Supercell operationally independent in Helsinki, with remaining shares held by employees.
